The team here was incredibly nice and super helpful, even assisting with finding a spot for public parking 🚗.

Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of the verdant city of Cuernavaca and downtown and the colonial area. Huge and exceptional room with a balcony, I had a memorable stay.

Great customer service provided. Amazingly good personnel, reasonably spacious rooms with modern california style decor, good-sized bathrooms, comfortable beds. Superb meals with complementary drinks...

The queen room was perfectly clean and huge with a balcony. The location was incredible and magnificent, close to the main plaza of Cuernavaca. I tried some drinks at the brew pub Tinto de Verano, located 5 minutes walk away. The service was good during my stay. Overall, Las Casas B&B Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurante in Cuernavaca offers a delightful experience with spacious and clean rooms, a fantastic location, and good service. the queen room with a balcony was spotless and large. the hotel's proximity to the main plaza of Cuernavaca is convenient, and it is a perfect choice for events like weddings. Additionally, enjoying drinks at the nearby Tinto de Verano brew pub added to the overall experience. the staff provided good service throughout my stay. A wonderful hotel overall!

Booked a room with a balcony, the food was great, and we truly enjoyed the variety, plus it had an amazing location just a couple of blocks away from an excellent museum.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We especially appreciated their ability to speak English, made communication much easier for us. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the main plaza of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the pool area, surrounded by comfortable chairs and couches. And last but not least, breakfast was delicious and served right in our room.

The staff at Las Casas B&B Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurante were friendly and accommodating. They made sure to communicate with us in English and were patient and kind even when we had trouble understanding. The food at the hotel was amazing, with the chef putting great care and detail into each dish. The pool area was surrounded by comfortable couches and lounges, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The entire hotel was artistically designed, with beautiful whitewashed walls, shabby chic furniture, and gorgeous flowers everywhere. The hotel's location in the center of Cuernavaca was perfect, and security was great.

One slight drawback was the noise after midnight. While it didn't go on for too long, anything after 10 pm was a bit too much for a hotel of this size.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel located near the main plaza. the staff was attentive, the room comfortable with plenty of closet space and a big shower in the bathroom. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, while the poolside dining experience was unforgettable. We also enjoyed relaxing by the second pool, served drinks by the attentive staff. It truly felt like an oasis in the heart of the city.

The hot water in the shower didn't work well at first, but the staff quickly provided us with a smaller room that worked perfectly.

Had an amazing new year's experience at this boutique hotel. the complementary champagne and fruit platter in our room upon arrival were a great way to start the celebration. the location was perfect, just a short walk from many local attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the spa, they had a fantastic range of treatments available, and the masseuse was exceptional. Will definitely be returning here!

Everything was so perfect that we didn't want to leave.
